Our eye doctors are available 24/7 via our call service for emergency eye care. Please call 765-447-4951 (DO NOT email us with an emergency). We handle emergency eye care and can address and treat medical eye needs. We recommend contacting our office first. We will let you know if a trip to the emergency room is necessary.
You can bring in your used contact lenses and blister packs to any of our Evans & Taylor Eye Care locations! Look for the recycling receptacle designed for these items specifically, or ask at the front desk. We collect them and send them into a recycling service which specializes in breaking them down into materials for reuse in building things like park benches and playground equipment. Learn more about the contact lens recycling program.
We accept most vision insurance plans, which can be found here.
We ask that you arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment time to avoid rescheduling. If you know you are running late, please call us to discuss options. If you are unable to arrive within the 10 minute window, based on the schedule of the day, we may need to rebook your appointment.
That will depend on your insurance and your deductible, and your Evans & Taylor Eye Care team will work to make the most of your insurance. Please call our office to discuss your details.
