About
Dr. Phebus will join Evans and Taylor Eye Care Group in the fall of 2024 at our Attica location. He has previously worked in Indianapolis for 7 years and more local recently, doing mostly primary care optometry, LASIK management, contact lenses, cataract post ops, glaucoma management, and other general ocular pathologies.
Dr. Phebus is from Rossville, IN, and looks forward to working in the small town of Attica to provide the best care possible with the backing of the many resources available with Evans and Taylor Eye Care Group!
