Jay Pass, O.D.

Jay Pass, O.D., graduated from the Indiana University School of Optometry in 1983. He offers patients general optometry, medical treatment of common eye diseases and has a special interest in fitting specialty contact lenses. Dr. Pass is proud to be the vision care provider for Purdue Athletics. He is a lifelong resident of Frankfort, Indiana, and has practiced in the community since 1983.Dr. Pass is married to Cheryl Pass and has one son, Nathanael. He enjoys teaching adult Sunday School and junior high youth at Antioch Church in Frankfort, as well as the outdoor and sports like camping, hiking, paintball and softball.
