About
Dr. Evans grew up in Frankfort, IN and started his career in eyecare in 1985 while attending Indiana University. After completing his Optometry Degree, he purchased the established practice of Dr. James Tanner in 1996 in Lafayette, IN. In 1997, Dr. Evans added additional offices in Attica and Covington, IN. His dedication to providing excellent patient care has helped create the current Evans & Taylor Eye Care Group of 20 optometrists and 9 locations throughout Indiana.
Dr. Evans believes that Evans & Taylor's success is solely due to the groups dedication to excel in patient care.
