Grant Lyons, OD

Dr. Grant Lyons grew up in Greenville, SC and moved to Indiana at the start of high school. Prior to optometry school, he had several years of experience in eye care working as an optician. He graduated with honors from Indiana University School of Optometry in 2024, along with being a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society. Dr. Lyons also served as an associate instructor for several clinic courses while in optometry school.

Dr. Lyons received further clinical training and experience from his externships with the Indianapolis Eye Care Center, El Paso VA Medical Center in Texas, Bennett and Bloom Eye Centers in Louisville, Kentucky, and the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center in Charleston, SC. His interests within optometry include primary care, ocular disease, and specialty contacts.

Outside of eye care, Dr. Lyons enjoys spending time with his wife, Kenzie, and their miniature dachshund, Coco. His hobbies include reading, painting, traveling, and cheering on the Indianapolis Colts and Purdue Boilermakers.
